Delivery & refunds

The Looksmax Report is a digital product. After successful payment, you upload your photos and your personalized report is generated and delivered inside your FreePSL account, typically within minutes. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us via our contact page and we will verify your purchase and help fulfill your report.

Due to immediate use of AI compute resources when a premium report is generated, paid purchases are non-refundable once processing begins. See our Refund Policy for full details.
