This page describes FreePSL's refund policy for paid digital products. Our core PSL face rating tool is free and does not involve payments. Refunds apply only to paid purchases such as the Looksmax Report.

Paid products

Some features of FreePSL, such as premium Looksmax Reports, require a one-time payment. By purchasing a premium report, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Strict no-refund policy

Due to the immediate utilization of high-cost AI compute resources upon the initiation of a premium analysis, we cannot offer refunds once a payment is processed.

The Looksmax Report is a digital product. After successful payment, you upload your photos and your personalized report is generated and delivered inside your FreePSL account, typically within minutes. Because AI processing begins once your report generation starts, paid purchases are non-refundable once processing begins.

Delivery commitment

If you do not receive your report due to a technical error, please contact us via our contact page. We will verify your transaction and manually deliver your report to the email address provided.
