Some features of FreePSL, such as "Premium Reports," require a one-time payment. By purchasing a premium report, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate utilization of high-cost AI compute resources upon the initiation of a premium analysis, we cannot offer refunds once a payment is processed.
- Delivery Commitment: If you do not receive your report due to a technical error, please contact us via our contact page. We will verify your transaction and manually deliver your report to the email address provided.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to use the FreePSL tool for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Upload images that you do not have the rights to use.
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the privacy of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the FreePSL API.
- Use the service to harass or bully individuals based on their scores.
4. Disclaimer of Accuracy
The PSL scores and category breakdowns generated by FreePSL are estimates produced by artificial intelligence. They are subjective and do not represent a definitive or objective measure of beauty or personal worth. FreePSL makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or consistency of results.
5. Limitation of Liability
FreePSL and its creators shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to psychological distress or reliance on the results for any personal or professional decisions.
